On this basis, to further strengthen the code of conduct of "operating according to rules and working according to regulations," the training specially added a dedicated module on operating procedures. Targeted refined operational training was conducted for the Group's core production processes and key equipment — including overhead crane safety operating procedures and daily knowledge of wire rope lifting.

At the training site, all participants took a safety knowledge assessment, using the test to promote learning and urge action, ensuring that every employee could closely adhere to the training objectives, deeply embed safety concepts and operating standards in their hearts, and firmly hold the safety defense line of their positions.

After the drill, the Group's safety management department organized a review and summary meeting to comprehensively sort out the highlights and shortcomings of the drill process. For issues discovered during the drill, such as process loopholes and operational weaknesses, rectification measures were formulated one by one, further optimizing the emergency response plan and improving the emergency handling process. This accumulated valuable practical experience for efficiently responding to various safety accidents in the future.

This activity further strengthened the safety responsibility awareness and risk prevention capabilities of all employees in the Group, improved the enterprise emergency management system, and consolidated the foundation of production safety work.
