I. Chairman's Speech



At the beginning of the meeting, Chairman Zhang Juping, on behalf of the Group, expressed the most sincere gratitude and New Year wishes to all partners who have long cared for and strongly supported the company's development.

Ji Changbao, Director of General Affairs

A special presentation was held on updates to the company's qualifications and honors and its resource advantages. Shao Huaping, Financial Director / Executive Deputy General Manager

A special presentation was held on the company's three performance sectors—water treatment, sludge, and waste gas—as well as operating systems and preferential policies. It systematically introduced the Group's new performance, operating results, and financial status in 2025, standardized and formulated sales business allocation rules and business conflict resolution solutions, and gave all partners a more comprehensive, clear, and in-depth understanding of the company's overall operations, management system, and cooperation support policies.


III. General Manager's Speech


After the reports and presentations, General Manager Zhang Mingyin delivered a concluding speech.
