During production assembly, sheet metal processing, and on-site operation and maintenance, equipment wear protection, structural strength, and maintainability have always been key factors affecting user experience. This seminar closely focused on the three core goals of "cost reduction and efficiency improvement, quality enhancement, and assembly friendliness," breaking down departmental barriers and conducting in-depth analysis of every detail of the scraper conveyor.

Optimize the assembly position and specifications of wear-resistant track fixing screws to eliminate hidden risks of wear failure; eliminate internal small backing plates and instead use rib plate reinforcement, while simultaneously optimizing the liner plate disassembly and assembly path, making the structure more reliable and maintenance more convenient.

Optimize the single-section length of straight sections according to stress differences to adapt to standard sheet material dimensions and minimize cutting waste; strictly implement the "weld-flat" process standard for splicing notches, and simultaneously add arc-shaped mudguard designs to the drawings to ensure zero detail omissions.

Upgrade the cover plate to a movable structure with a 5mm thick sealing plate and added sealing strips, and establish a standard for regular cleaning every 1–2 months; enlarge the inspection opening size and optimize the opening position, making daily maintenance time-saving and labor-saving.

Change the wear-resistant guide rails of curved sections to be pre-processed with curvature by the manufacturer before drilling, improving accessory processing precision; set up dual protection with electrical control overload protection and reducer overload protection, making equipment operation safer and more reliable.

The meeting clarified three follow-up action arrangements:

Drawing and Process Upgrading: The Technical Department will optimize drawings and standardize them to ensure design accuracy and accessory universality; the Production Department will adopt laser welding to reduce processing deformation and improve manufacturing precision.

Efficient Supply Chain Coordination: Immediately connect with outsourced manufacturers regarding guide rail pre-bending and component segmented prefabrication processes to shorten delivery cycles.

Front-Loaded Service Verification: Sales and on-site service teams will conduct on-site verification of customer site door openings, passages, and spatial parameters before shipment to ensure smooth entry of complete machines or segmented sections.
