Rotating Camp Leader Zhang Mingyin accepted the camp flag, and with it, the responsibility of annual organizer. As the host said: "This is not a classroom, but a circle; this is not training, but a journey together."

After the opening ceremony, Yu Zhengxin took the stage to deliver the first training course, "Strategy Left, Organization Right? — Sharing Experiences in Enterprise Development Practice." No pleasantries, no empty words, he went straight to the point. For a full three hours, he used his more than twenty years of practical experience to break down for the campers how an enterprise went from 0 to 1, and then from 1 toward a more distant horizon.

This was not a theoretical lecture; he spoke of real choices: How to choose one's regional market in the initial stage of a business? How to use the positioning of "long-term customers" to build a stable business foundation? Were those model innovations explored over the years forced by the market, or the result of active choices? He spoke of real pitfalls: When to add, when to subtract; why strategy and organization are not an either-or choice, but a continuous dynamic balance; those casually mentioned remarks in his sharing might have been backed by years of struggle and reflection. He spoke of real people: How to select, employ, and retain people—not relying on slogans, but on the most simple insight into the variable of "people"—using rational institutional design to inspire the energy deep within each person, keeping the organization always vibrant in dynamics.

The second generation listened intently and exchanged thoroughly; the originally scheduled end time was repeatedly postponed amid deep interaction. For several hours, no one looked at their phone.

Perhaps no single case can be directly replicated, and no single enterprise's path can be copied. But more important than answers is the way of breaking down problems; more important than methods is the dimension of thinking when facing choices. Today's lesson offered the campers exactly such a reference—when facing their own choices in the future, they can have one more angle for judgment and one more measure of confidence to persevere. This was a sincere sharing.
