This training specially invited Professor Tong Jing, Associate Professor of Hohai University and Director of the Department of Artificial Intelligence, as the keynote speaker. Professor Tong has 20 years of frontline programming teaching experience, with online course cumulative learners exceeding 10 million, and has conducted AI teacher training more than 130 sessions.

At the beginning of the class, Professor Tong put forward a core viewpoint: "No AI platform is omnipotent. For different tasks, appropriate AI tools should be selected. No matter how many AI software there are, it is better to use one WorkBuddy proficiently."

In the technical explanation session, Professor Tong systematically introduced WorkBuddy's product positioning and technical architecture. He pointed out that its core competitiveness lies in upgrading AI from a dialogue tool to a "digital labor force" with actual operational capabilities. It requires no deployment and is ready to use upon installation. It can directly operate local files and execute code, realizing a natural language-driven "thinking-execution" closed loop. At the same time, WorkBuddy supports free switching between multiple domestic large models, with original files retained locally, ensuring data security is autonomous and controllable.

Professor Tong also objectively pointed out its limitations: high token consumption, underlying dependence on large model capabilities, and security risks in advanced operational permissions. He reminded trainees to weigh efficiency and security during use and to reasonably allocate task types.

The training took practical operation drills as the main line, with trainees bringing their own computers for synchronous operation and immediate application. Professor Tong used ten major business scenarios as a guide to deeply couple WorkBuddy's functions with the work of environmental protection enterprises:

In terms of office efficiency improvement, research reports and analysis reports can automatically collect materials and generate frameworks, greatly compressing the writing cycle; data statistics and analysis automatically generate visual charts and insights, empowering business decisions.

In the fields of finance and human resources, automatic invoice organization and statistics fit the characteristics of environmental protection enterprises with many projects and miscellaneous invoices, quickly completing cost and expense classification and aggregation, becoming a "digital assistant" for the finance department; invoice verification realizes batch authenticity and compliance checks, building a solid financial defense line; the automatic form-filling function is especially suitable for HR batch processing of rosters, salaries, social security details, and other multiple forms and administrative declarations.

In the dimensions of business accumulation and innovation, the creation, application, and solidification of Skills precipitate high-frequency work such as plan preparation and bidding document writing into templates, liberating frontline personnel from tedious formatting; the establishment of the Tencent ima knowledge base can further incorporate enterprise technical specifications, product manuals, and training materials into an exclusive system, creating a "corporate brain that can grow."

At the level of collaboration and risk control, the summoning of experts and expert groups can build a "virtual expert group" for collaborative work; remote control of WorkBuddy via WeChat to execute tasks breaks the limitations of office scenarios; public opinion early warning automation monitors industry dynamics, policy trends, and corporate public opinion in real time, "installing radar" for risk prevention and control.

During the three-and-a-half-hour training, trainees closely followed the cases for on-site exercises to strengthen functional use. Facing actual pain points such as batch document processing and automated data organization, Professor Tong answered questions one by one, and the entire training had a strong learning atmosphere.

At the end of the training, Shao Kunlun, Director of the Association's AI Special Committee, delivered a concluding speech. He stated that the original intention of establishing the AI Special Committee was to build a collaborative platform for industry-university-research integration and promote the implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence technology in real scenarios of the environmental protection industry. He also introduced that his enterprise, Guohuan Base, is also extensively using various AI platforms to advance business intelligence.

Going forward, the Special Committee will continue to base itself on the actual needs of member enterprises' digital transformation, launch more precise and pragmatic empowerment activities, and make AI truly become the industry's "digital new infrastructure."
